Are You Sure You Are Selling to the Right Customers?

So you think you’ve developed the latest, greatest, newest product or technology.  Now all you need to do is sell it to the right customer. Sounds easy? Not necessarily. Many companies make the error of over simplifying their approach to market and position the wrong solution to wrong type or segment of customer. Don’t fall into the trap of being everything to everyone. Customers are not all created equally. Don’t miss this chance to see Steven Koles, President & CEO of Hemisphere GPS – and one of CalgaryInc.’s 2008 Top 40 Under 40 – as he reveals the key segmentation strategies that have made Hemisphere GPS a global leader and those that can help you re-focus to succeed during these trying economic times.

Seating is limited for this can’t-miss luncheon so register today!

Do You Know Your Customers Better Than Your Competition?

Named one of the fast-growing companies in the Top 25 Over $20 Million category of Alberta Venture's Fast 50 List, Hemisphere GPS is a global leader in precision commercial GPS technology. But just 2 years ago, they were just one among the pack and were as guilty as their competitors for applying a classic “one size fits all” strategy, the historical norm for GPS technology in their market.

Recognizing this, they implemented a fundamental segmentation strategy shift and reorganized everything from product development, channel management, support, etc. around these different segments. Today (just 2 years later), they are a global leader by having positioned the right products to each segment and even outright own one of the categories that their competitors have still not been able to address.

So, how do you know if you are positioning the right products to the right customers? How much more competitive could you be if you just took the time to strategically look at your customer segments?

In this tough economy, there is no time more critical than now to really understand the needs of your customers and to offer them the right solutions to those needs. Don’t miss Steven Koles, President & CEO of Hemisphere GPS, as he reveals how to effectively implement a discrete approach to segmentation and shows how this allowed Hemisphere GPS to become a global leader by successfully positioning their technology to the right customers.

Don’t procrastinate – get back to basics and dominate your competition. Seating is limited so Sign Up Today!
