On November 20, 2010, Calgary CMA succeeded in creating the world’s largest charity screening of the Cannes Lions Winners Reel. 724 people attended the inaugural Christmas@Cannes event and we generated a total of $25,078 for NABS, their largest single donation of the year.
We would like to thank all of our returning sponsors for 2011, most notably The Globe and Mail, for once again generously donating the Winners Reel for Christmas@Cannes.
December 2, 2011, we will return to Flames Central for this year’s Winners Reel screening and fund-raising event.
Our list of sponsors and partners has grown in 2011, as has our capacity to host even more attendees without violating fire codes. Flames Central will be re configured for our event and allow us to host over 900 people.
Earlier in the day, we are hosting a private screening of the Reel for 300 marketing students, as part of Calgary CMA’s ongoing commitment to providing resources and opportunities to those who are the future of our industry.
Calgary CMA is proud to produce this event for NABS and we hope to exceed the dollars raised at last year’s event. We hope your company sees value in our audience of marketers, suppliers, corporations, students and Calgary’s business leaders.
